  • Enterprise value range of $10M to $60M

  • In the distribution or manufacturing industry

  • Minimum YOY growth meeting industry CAGR

  • Low customer and supplier concentration

  • Within an industry with good tailwinds presenting growth opportunities

Our Team

Founder and Managing Partner

As a former CEO and business owner, Martine is a proven business leader capable of operating and growing an SME.  She is opportunity-driven and adept at balancing risk with resources. Her problem-solving and analytical skills stemming from her engineering background, business acumen, and past business experience prepare her well for an acquisition.   Having worn different “hats” while growing her own business allows her to understand the many challenges faced by today’s SMEs.
